Security Supervisor at Newport Beach Country Club ($28 hourly)

Lead and supervise security operations in a refined, member-focused private club environment. Oversee security team across all shifts, set expectations for professionalism and member interaction, provide coaching and performance management, and serve as primary point of contact for security matters. Manage daily operations including access control, patrols, incident response, and reporting; ensure compliance with California regulations and internal policies; collaborate with departments to support events and high-traffic operations. Emphasize presence, composure, and discretion to create a safe, seamless member experience. Requires 5+ years in security with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, plus a valid California Guard Card and CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain).
