Job Summary
Maintain security operations and manage fire safety protocols while ensuring customer safety and compliance with facility regulations. Respond to emergencies, conduct patrols, and handle incident reporting with clear communication skills. Perform duties requiring physical stamina, including lifting up to 25 lbs, stair climbing, and standing for extended periods. Must hold a Fire Guard F80 certification and meet minimum age and education requirements. This role supports Andy Frain Services' mission of prioritizing customer service across all departments.
Required Qualifications
- Fire Guard F80
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers
- Pushing/pulling/carrying lifting may include up to 25 lbs (event evacuation)
- stair climbing
- Ability to sit, twist, turn, bend as required to perform duties within the facility
- Must be capable of standing for long periods of time
