Job Summary
Coordinate daily security operations and manage fire guard F80 duties, ensuring facility safety and compliance with all regulations. Oversee customer service interactions while maintaining clear oral and written communications to address employee and customer inquiries effectively. Perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 25 lbs during events, as well as stair climbing and standing for extended periods. Assist in facilitating progressive change and following directions to continually improve departmental processes. Maintain a minimum age of 18 years and hold a high school diploma or equivalent to fulfill these essential functions.
Required Qualifications
- Fire Guard F80
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers
- Pushing/pulling/carrying lifting may include up to 25 lbs (event evacuation)
- stair climbing
- Ability to sit, twist, turn, bend as required to perform duties within the facility
- Must be capable of standing for long periods of time
