Job Summary
Conduct security patrols and manage fire guard operations while maintaining clear communication with employees and customers. Perform duties requiring the ability to see, hear, speak, and write clearly, including pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting up to 25 lbs during events or evacuations. Stand for long periods, climb stairs, and twist, turn, or bend as required within the facility. Maintain strong customer service orientation and facilitate progressive change by following directions and continually improving team processes.
Required Qualifications
- Fire Guard F80
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers
- Pushing/pulling/carrying lifting may include up to 25 lbs (event evacuation)
- stair climbing
- Ability to sit, twist, turn, bend as required to perform duties within the facility
- Must be capable of standing for long periods of time
