Job Summary
Conduct daily facility security patrols and manage fire guard operations, including emergency evacuation procedures requiring lifting up to 25 lbs and stair climbing. Maintain clear oral and written communications with employees and customers while facilitating progressive change within the team. Ensure all activities align with the company mission that customer service is every employee's job, requiring strong interpersonal skills and adherence to established directions. This role involves standing for long periods and performing essential physical functions to maintain safety standards across the facility.
Required Qualifications
- Fire Guard F80
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers
- Must be capable of standing for long periods of time
