Job Summary
Conduct fire guard operations and manage facility safety, including event evacuations requiring lifting up to 25 lbs. Maintain clear communication with employees and customers while facilitating progressive change and following directions. Stand for long periods, climb stairs, and perform physical tasks as required within the facility. Ensure all duties align with the company mission that customer service is every employee's job.
Required Qualifications
- Fire Guard F80
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers
- Pushing/pulling/carrying lifting may include up to 25 lbs (event evacuation)
- stair climbing
- Ability to sit, twist, turn, bend as required to perform duties within the facility
- Must be capable of standing for long periods of time
