Job Summary
Conduct security patrols and manage fire safety protocols, including evacuation procedures requiring lifting up to 25 lbs and stair climbing. Maintain clear oral and written communications with employees and customers while facilitating progressive change within the facility. Stand for long periods, twist, turn, and bend as required to perform duties within the Andy Frain Services environment. Maintain a minimum of 18 years of age and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Fire Guard F80
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers
- Pushing/pulling/carrying lifting may include up to 25 lbs (event evacuation)
- stair climbing
- Ability to sit, twist, turn, bend as required to perform duties within the facility
- Must be capable of standing for long periods of time
