Job Summary
Conduct fire safety patrols and manage emergency response protocols while maintaining facility security. Enforce customer service standards and facilitate progressive changes within the team. Communicate clearly with employees and customers regarding safety procedures and evacuation plans. Lift up to 25 lbs for event evacuations and stand for extended periods during shifts. Requires Fire Guard F80 certification, high school diploma, and minimum 18 years of age.
Required Qualifications
- Fire Guard F80
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers
- Pushing/pulling/carrying lifting may include up to 25 lbs (event evacuation)
- stair climbing
- Ability to sit, twist, turn, bend as required to perform duties within the facility
- Must be capable of standing for long periods of time
