Job Summary
Conduct security patrols and manage fire safety protocols while ensuring customer service standards are met. Facilitate progressive change within the team, communicate clearly with employees and customers, and perform physical tasks such as stair climbing and carrying up to 25 lbs during emergency evacuations. Maintain clear oral and written communication skills to support daily operations. This role requires a minimum of 18 years of age and a Fire Guard F80 certification.
Required Qualifications
- Fire Guard F80
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers
- Pushing/pulling/carrying lifting may include up to 25 lbs (event evacuation)
- stair climbing
- Ability to sit, twist, turn, bend as required to perform duties within the facility
- Must be capable of standing for long periods of time
