Job Summary
Oversee security operations and manage fire guard F80 personnel to ensure facility safety and compliance. Facilitate progressive change by coordinating with employees, maintaining clear oral and written communications, and upholding a strong customer service orientation. Perform duties requiring extended standing, stair climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs for event evacuations while maintaining clear sight, hearing, speech, and writing abilities. Minimum age requirement is 18 years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Fire Guard F80
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers
- Must be able to push/pull/carry lifting up to 25 lbs (event evacuation)
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to sit, twist, turn, bend as required to perform duties within the facility
- Must be capable of standing for long periods of time
