Job Summary
Coordinate daily fire guard operations and manage facility safety protocols while maintaining a minimum of 18 years of age. Execute emergency response procedures including stair climbing and managing events requiring the lifting and moving of up to 25 lbs. Provide clear oral and written communications to employees and customers, ensuring all interactions align with the customer service mission. Maintain situational awareness to facilitate progressive change and follow directions within the facility.
Required Qualifications
- Fire Guard F80
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers
- Pushing/pulling/carrying lifting may include up to 25 lbs (event evacuation)
- Ability to sit, twist, turn, bend as required to perform duties within the facility
- Must be capable of standing for long periods of time
