Job Summary
Oversee security operations and manage fire guard F80 personnel while ensuring facility safety and customer service standards. Conduct regular inspections, coordinate emergency responses including stair climbing and up to 25 lbs of equipment movement, and maintain clear communication with employees and customers. Maintain a minimum of 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or GED. This role supports Andy Frain Services' mission of making customer service every employee's job within the facility.
Required Qualifications
- Fire Guard F80
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers
- Pushing/pulling/carrying lifting may include up to 25 lbs (event evacuation)
- stair climbing
- Ability to sit, twist, turn, bend as required to perform duties within the facility
- Must be capable of standing for long periods of time
