Job Summary
Conduct fire safety patrols and manage emergency response protocols while maintaining facility security. Oversee daily operations for the Fire Guard F80 team, ensuring compliance with safety standards and customer service expectations. Perform physical duties including stair climbing and equipment movement up to 25 lbs during events. Maintain clear oral and written communication with employees and customers while facilitating progressive change within the department.
Required Qualifications
- Fire Guard F80
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers
- Must be capable of standing for long periods of time
