Job Summary
Supervise, coach, and support Security Officers and Shift Leads while overseeing daily security operations and ensuring compliance with post orders. Conduct site patrols and inspections, respond to incidents and alarms, and coordinate with local authorities as needed. Manage performance, assist with hiring and training, ensure proper scheduling and coverage, and maintain accurate reports and logs. Monitor security systems including CCTV and access control, enforce safety protocols, and build relationships with mall management and tenants. Provide excellent customer service through professional interactions with all visitors.
Required Qualifications
- Prior security experience with supervisory or leadership responsibilities
- Knowledge of security operations, procedures, and safety practices
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security licenses/certifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively
