Job Summary
Conduct daily security operations by supervising and coordinating the security team to ensure the safety and protection of guests, employees, property, and company assets. Monitor staff performance, conduct inspections, manage incidents, and maintain security standards and procedures through an efficient and proactive approach. Ensure the highest level of safety for guests, heartists, vendors, and suppliers while maintaining confidentiality at all times. This role requires a calm, self-motivated professional with strong communication skills and a commitment to integrity within Bali's Novotel Ubud Resort.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Certificates in National Skills Recognition System
- CPR
- First Aid Management
- Basic Fire Fighting
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Honest with a high level of integrity
- Ability to remain calm and react fast to situations
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
