Security Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Job Summary
Oversee the safety and security of hotel guests, associates, and premises during the 11 PM to 7 AM shift. Conduct property patrols, monitor surveillance for suspicious activity, and respond promptly to emergencies involving fire, accidents, or safety concerns. Manage new officer training, review staff performance, and investigate violations of law or policy. Complete daily activity reports, conduct key control audits, and identify hazardous conditions requiring correction. Assist guests with facility information while maintaining professional service standards. Maintain computer records of all actions and adhere to all safety and departmental procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Security role
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Competent at working independently on recurring projects
- Hours of 11 PM- 7 AM
- 3rd Shift
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in CPR First Aid
