Security Staff

Monitor persons entering, exiting, or loitering at Tuckers Cove Town Center and respond to security complaints from residents, members, guests, and employees. Conduct routine walk-arounds at scheduled and random times to ensure doors are locked and property is secure. Address accidents, thefts, property loss, and unlawful activities by documenting details, advising management, and maintaining logs. Enforce facility rules, identify safety hazards, and perform light maintenance such as changing locks and light bulbs. Provide security coverage for special events programs. Maintain regular and reliable attendance while holding a driver's license, CPR, and First Aid training. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions with moderate noise levels.
