Job Summary
Monitor guest and staff safety throughout the venue; provide a visible, professional presence; identify and address potential issues before they escalate; assist guests and staff with professionalism and respect; enforce venue policies consistently and fairly; document incidents and communicate effectively with leadership when necessary. Strong situational awareness, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, de-escalation abilities, calm under pressure, reliability and teamwork are required.
