Job Summary
Provide secure site operations in Rockaway, NJ: escort, patrol on foot, respond quickly to incidents, and act as liaison between client and employees while maintaining SIS standards and policies. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; maintain professional conduct, uniform appearance, and required guard certifications as directed by the client. The role involves site inspections, emergency response, camera reviews, client liaison, and other special projects as assigned, with a PT schedule and a pay rate of $19/hour. Responsibilities include creating a safe environment for client staff and guests and representing the brand professionally.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or GED)
- Must complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certifications
- Interpersonal skills and a professional attitude
- Uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained while in uniform
