Job Summary
Conduct daily operational and administrative functions supporting federal security, identity management, and credentialing programs. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports in compliance with ICAM, HSPD-12, PACS, and the Privacy Act. Coordinate, monitor, and track security background investigations while issuing and managing personnel access credentials. Handle sensitive personally identifiable information with discretion and collaborate with program personnel to support compliant operations. Assist with audits, reporting requirements, and process improvements as needed. Requires an associate degree and 3–5 years of federal credentialing experience. Located in Washington, DC.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Administration, Security, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of experience supporting federal administrative, security, credentialing, or identity management operations
- Working knowledge of ICAM, PACS, HSPD-12, and federal background investigation processes
- Familiarity with GSA security policies, federal credentialing standards, and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage records, maintain accurate data, and prepare reports
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to safeguard confidential and sensitive information
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a regulated federal environment
