Job Summary
Serve as a Senior Contractor Program Security Officer to provide physical and personnel security services. Responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and maintaining facility-related documentation, conducting inspections and TSCM compliance checks, and training personnel on security procedures. Requires active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph, strong experience with government security databases, accreditation procedures, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with government security databases (e.g., DISS)
- Experience working with JADE, Scatter Castles, JPAS
- Strong SAP and SCIF accreditation experience
- Experience preparing, maintaining, and submitting security paperwork; familiarity with ICD 705, DoDD 5205.07, and related directives required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) training
- Special Program Security Certification (SPSC)
- Experience training on and working with Special Access Programs (SAPs)
- Experience supporting SCIF accreditations and inspections
- Experience serving as an SSO or SSR in government or contractor roles
- Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) or the Intelligence Community
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
