Job Summary
Conduct indoctrinations, briefs, and debriefs while writing SOPs and reviewing program security plans and security classification guides. Manage classification reviews, accreditation processing, and emergency action plans in compliance with Intelligence Community Directives and government policies. Execute personnel security responsibilities including access management, SAP processing, and IC policy adherence. Obtain DoD Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) Certification within one year of service. Requires 11-14 years of experience with 5+ years in DoD/IC, an active TS/SCI clearance, and a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- 11-14 years of experience
- more than 5 yrs. within the DoD/IC
- Knowledge, skills, abilities, experience related to guidance and directives: DoD, DCID, ICD, JAFAN, NISPOM, and related Security Classification Regulations
- Experience conducting indoctrinations, Briefs/Debriefs and writing SOPs
- Experience with classification management and review
- Experience reviewing program security plans and SOPs for programs
- Knowledge and the ability to interpret, apply, and comply with Security Classification Guides (SCGs)
- Experience with implementation of security procedures in compliance with the Intelligence Community Directives and government policies
- Knowledge of ICD705
- Information Security, PERSEC knowledge, Physical Security knowledge
- Understanding of Accreditation processing, knowledge of Fixed Facility Checklists, Co-Use Agreements, and Emergency Action Plans
- Program Security Officer experience
- SAP processing dealing with SIC/JADE account look ups and creations
- Knowledge of submitting the accesses for SAPs
