Job Summary

Interpret and apply DoD, Intelligence Community, and Special Access Program policies, regulations, and classification requirements. Conduct security indoctrinations, briefings, debriefings, and recurring training while developing and maintaining security standard operating procedures and program security plans. Perform classification management, reviews, and compliance checks against government directives, including ICD 705 physical and technical security standards. Process Special Access Program access requests, training records, and personnel security documentation using SIC and JADE systems. Maintain accurate security files, access rosters, and accreditation documentation. Coordinate with government security personnel, program leadership, and facility staff to support national security missions. Obtain the applicable DoD Security Professional Education Development certification within one year of hire.

Required Qualifications

  • Eleven to fourteen years of relevant security experience
  • At least five years of experience supporting the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DoD, DCID, ICD, JAFAN, NISPOM, and related security classification regulations and guidance
  • Experience conducting indoctrinations, briefings, debriefings, and security training
  • Experience developing and maintaining security standard operating procedures
  • Experience with classification management, classification reviews, and Security Classification Guides
  • Experience reviewing program security plans and security procedures
  • Knowledge of ICD 705 requirements and facility accreditation processes
  • Experience supporting information security, personnel security, physical security, and Special Access Program activities
  • Experience with access management, SAP processing, and applicable Intelligence Community policies and directives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
