Job Summary
Conduct site inspections, perform foot patrols to secure assigned posts, and respond quickly to incidents while ensuring SIS standards and policies are met. Provide a safe and professional work environment for client employees and guests through client liaison and special projects as assigned. Act as a responder to incidents and maintain uniform attire and grooming standards in accordance with client policies, state and federal regulations, and the state Guard Certification. Work full-time with a direct supervision structure under the Shift Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or GED)
- Must complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certifications
- Interpersonal skills and a professional attitude
- Uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained while in uniform
