Job Summary
Conduct envisioning workshops, custom demos, and technical enablement for prospective customers to overcome blockers and promote Microsoft solutions. Build technical competency through effective architecture designs that connect business goals to Microsoft offerings. Prove business value by driving Proof of Concepts and pilots with support engineers to win technical decisions. Lead delivery of Microsoft solutions while orchestrating with technical resources to resolve customer problems timely. Manage end-to-end customer events and post-sales follow-ups to accelerate production-level consumption. Fluent in Vietnamese and English with 3-5 years of sales and field support experience required.
Required Qualifications
- In depth knowledge with Microsoft overall products and solutions especially in MS Security Solution
- 3-5 years+ of Sales and field technical support experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in both Vietnam native language and English
Desired Qualifications
- Related experience in customer event end to end management
- Strong post sales leads following up management experience
- Good planning skill with strategic thinking
- Self-driven with good communication skill
