Job Summary
Design and deploy AI agents to automate risk assessments, evidence collection, control testing, and risk scoring while gathering and visualizing security data for executive dashboards. Leverage agentic AI to build intelligent automation tools integrating with cloud platforms, identity systems, and ticketing tools. Develop conversational AI interfaces enabling risk and compliance teams to query data and generate reports via natural language. Train security teams on AI-powered tools, measure ROI through metrics, and deliver demos showcasing tangible benefits. Iterate continuously based on user feedback while evaluating emerging LLMs and autonomous agents to solve real GRC challenges.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech, B.E, or Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline
- 4 to 8 years in software or system development with a demonstrable and recent focus on applying AI/ML to solve real business problems
- hands-on experience building or deploying AI agents, automation workflows, and intelligent systems in enterprise environments
- solid familiarity in LLMs and prompt engineering
- strong ability to translate AI capabilities into tangible business value, influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
- practical problem solver with a continuous learning approach
- hands-on experience with Python (must-have)
