Job Summary
Oversee on-site security operations including staffing, scheduling, and training for assigned personnel. Ensure contract compliance through regular performance inspections, incident report maintenance, and post order preparation. Manage payroll, respond to client requests, and execute emergency notifications per site protocols. Direct subordinates on duty performance, handle disciplinary actions or commendations, and propose cost reduction or physical security improvements to management. Maintain overtime levels within preset requirements and verify all mandatory training and screening elements are completed.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Must possess one or more of the following: Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Must possess one or more of the following: Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
- Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
- Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
- Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
- Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
