Security Site Supervisor

Direct and supervise a team of 4–5 security officers at a utility provider facility in Pewaukee, WI. Conduct daily briefings, training, and performance evaluations while serving as the primary liaison between Titan Security and client facility managers. Monitor access control systems, CCTV feeds, and perform routine perimeter patrols to protect critical infrastructure. Lead initial response to security incidents, safety hazards, or system alarms, investigating occurrences and preparing detailed incident reports. Enforce utility safety protocols and coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed. Requires 3+ years in physical security with a supervisory role, an active Wisconsin Private Security License, and experience in industrial settings preferred.
