Job Summary
Oversee on-site security operations by managing staffing, scheduling, and training for assigned personnel while ensuring contract compliance and quality service. Maintain minimal overtime levels, conduct regular performance inspections, and respond to client requests or emergency notifications per site Post Orders. Direct subordinates through instruction, disciplinary actions, and commendation decisions, while compiling incident reports, reviewing payroll, and making recommendations for productivity improvements and physical security surveys.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ Years of Security Experience
- Supervisory Experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
- Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
- Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
- Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
- Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
- Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
