Job Summary
Oversee on-site security operations including staffing, scheduling, and training for assigned personnel. Ensure contract compliance by conducting regular performance inspections, managing overtime levels, and responding to client requests. Execute disciplinary actions and commendations for direct reports while making recommendations for personnel, physical security surveys, and post orders. Compile incident reports, maintain payroll data, and prepare security surveys. Respond to emergency notifications as required by site Post Orders.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ Years of Security Experience
- Supervisory Experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
- Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
- Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
- Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
- Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
- Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
