Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer, acting as the liaison between site staff, Account Managers, and professional security officers. Manage assigned personnel by providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges while enforcing contract standards and site safety programs. Handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently, utilizing scheduling and billing software to produce reports for effective business management. Prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting and enforce company policies outlined in handbooks. Requires 2+ years of security experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than one accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)
- Minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle
- Ability to successfully complete a background investigation
- Ability to successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Ability to pass Drivers Record check
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
- Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently

- Ability to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
- Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
- Ability to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time

- Ability to prepare Scheduling Activity, Training Detail reports, etc. that require interpretation and action for effective business management
