Security Site Supervisor

Security Site Supervisor responsibilities include leading Security Officers and other personnel at a client site, ensuring post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed; coaching and disciplining staff; training security personnel; coordinating post coverage with management; and interfacing with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met. The role may include performing Security Officer duties as needed. Required attributes include a high school diploma or GED, prior supervisory experience, strong customer service and leadership skills, attention to detail, ability to handle emergencies with sound judgment, and eligibility for pre-employment screening.
