Security Site Supervisor

Oversee daily security operations and officer performance at assigned site(s) in the Chicago South Suburbs. Enforce post orders, company policies, and site-specific procedures while conducting shift briefings to communicate expectations clearly. Respond to incidents, coordinate with management and clients as needed, and serve as the primary client contact for day-to-day operational matters. Complete shift logs, incident reports, and documentation accurately; identify performance issues and escalate as appropriate. Maintain consistent on-site presence with weekly pay and access to medical insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) match. Walk-in interviews are held every Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at 4731 W. Midlothian Turnpike, Suite 35, Crestwood, IL 60418.
