Security Site Supervisor

Site Security Supervisor overseeing daily security operations, officer performance, shift briefings, incident management, and client communications at assigned locations in the Chicago South Suburbs. Primary on-site leadership role requiring strong communication, ability to lead a team, enforce post orders and company policies, complete shift logs and incident reports, and coordinate with management and clients. On-site presence with responsibilities including identifying performance issues and escalating as appropriate; acts as primary client contact for day-to-day operations.
