Job Summary
Site Supervisor responsible for leading security operations at a luxury residential complex in Tinton Falls, NJ. Responsibilities include supervising a team of security officers across shifts, conducting briefings and performance check-ins, mentoring officers, acting as liaison with property management and residents, managing officer schedules to ensure full site coverage, enforcing post orders, conducting compliance audits, overseeing access control and patrols, and preparing incident and activity reports. Requires experience supervising 4+ officers, client-facing experience, hands-on scheduling, post-order development/modification, NJ SORA (armed), valid driver’s license, strong communication, and professional demeanor; compensation around $21-22/hour, full-time with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience supervising 4 or more security officers in a professional security setting
- Demonstrated experience working directly with clients in a supervisory or account management capacity
- Proven hands-on experience building and managing officer schedules
- Experience developing, enforcing, and modifying post orders based on client needs
- Valid NJ SORA certification (armed) required
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional report writing
- Polished, professional demeanor appropriate for a high-end residential environment
