Job Summary
Manage daily site operations by coordinating on-the-job training, conducting root cause analysis, and performing daily patrol tour reviews. Ensure compliance with First/CPR/AED requirements and access control audits while compiling monthly site reports in SharePoint. Lead staff through performance management, resolve employee grievances, and communicate staffing needs to the Security Account Manager. Utilize WinTeam for scheduling and report interpretation. Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, $23.00/hour, Kansas City, MO. Minimum two years supervisory experience required; Associate's degree in Criminal Justice preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Must possess, or be able to obtain within 60 days of hire. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPOR) certification (training will be provided)
- Associate's degree or higher in Criminal Justice
- Military service, corrections, or law enforcement experience
- Minimum of two years verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
- Proficient in computers and productivity software
- Ability to monitor surveillance and alarm response
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Capacity to multi-task, to work under pressure, and to think through a problem before making a decision
- Ability to efficiently handle crisis situations at the client site
- Able to utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports (such as Scheduling Activity, Training Detail reports, etc.) that require interpretation and action for effective business management
