Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training for assigned personnel. Ensure contract compliance by regularly inspecting job performance, maintaining incident reports, and responding to client requests. Make recommendations for personnel actions, physical security surveys, and cost reduction strategies to management. Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary decisions while maintaining overtime within preset requirements. Compile data, mediate conflicts, and execute emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Must possess one or more of the following: Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Must possess one or more of the following: Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
- Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
- Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
- Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
- Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
