Security Site Supervisor - Full Time Position

Job Summary

Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and training for assigned personnel. Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met while maintaining overtime to preset requirements. Regularly inspect security personnel and their job performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance. Perform operations such as payroll, review and maintain incident reports, and assist in preparing security surveys and post orders. Make recommendations for personnel actions, disciplinary decisions, and productivity improvements to management. Respond to client requests and make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders. Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding duty performance. Candidates must have 2+ years of security experience and a valid driver's license. Payrate is $27.32/hour with weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of security experience
  • valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
  • ability to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
  • Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
  • Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
  • Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
  • Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
  • at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
  • ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
