Security Site Supervisor Experienced Driver

Job Summary
Oversee on-site security operations including staffing, scheduling, training, and incident report management while ensuring contract compliance and quality standards. Maintain minimal overtime levels, respond to client requests, and make emergency notifications per site Post Orders. Provide direction to subordinates, handle disciplinary actions and commendations, and submit recommendations for personnel, productivity, and physical security improvements. Manage payroll and prepare security surveys and post orders. Requires state licensing test and one year of supervisory experience; full-time role with health insurance and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Must possess one or more of the following: Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Must possess one or more of the following: Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
- Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
- Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
- Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
- Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
