Job Summary
Oversee security operations to ensure compliance with customer requirements, contract specifications, and protocols. Supervise security personnel, coordinate staffing and scheduling, and maintain a safe, secure environment by conducting regular inspections of job performance. Prepare reports, respond to client requests, and make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders. Provide direction to subordinates, handle disciplinary actions, and recommend cost reduction measures to management. Maintain overtime within preset requirements and ensure all contract-required training and screening elements are met. Active security clearance required; weekly pay at $35.02/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Must possess one or more of the following: Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard; Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
- Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
- Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
- Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
- Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
