Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel. Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met while maintaining overtime to a minimal or preset requirement. Regularly inspect security personnel and their job performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance. Respond to client requests, make emergency notifications per site Post Orders, and provide direction to subordinates regarding duty performance. Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions, disciplinary decisions, and productivity improvements. Compile incident reports, assist in preparing security surveys and post orders, and mediate conflicts with tact. This role requires Act 235 Qualification in Pennsylvania and 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and security experience. Full-time day shift (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) with a pay rate of $32/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Possess Act 235 Qualification in Pennsylvania only
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Must have 3+ years combined law enforcement, military, and security experience or the equivalent
- Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
- Be comfortable with computer and similar technology
