Job Summary

Oversee all aspects of on-site security function including staffing, scheduling, and training for assigned personnel. Ensure contract-required training and screening are met while maintaining overtime within preset requirements. Regularly inspect security personnel and job performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance. Perform operations such as payroll, incident report maintenance, and security survey preparation. Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions, disciplinary decisions, and productivity improvements. Respond to client requests and make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders. Provide direction to subordinates and mediate conflicts with tact. Full-time hours Monday through Friday 3pm - 11pm. Starting pay $25.21/hour. Requires one year of security supervisory experience and relevant licensing.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have at least 1 year of security experience
  • Must have security supervisor experience
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
  • Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
  • Must possess one or more of the following: Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard; Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
  • Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
  • Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
  • Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
  • Must be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
