Job Summary
Oversee security operations at individual facilities by supervising, motivating, coaching, and training officers to ensure safety, service, and compliance with site requirements. Implement security protocols while supporting the values and culture of the client and community. Perform other duties as assigned. Work hours vary based on client schedules and project deadlines, potentially exceeding 40 hours across all seven days. This role requires alertness under pressure and the ability to sit, stand, and walk for variable amounts of time. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous security experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to meet HSS a Tarian company's driving guidelines if applicable
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for variable amounts of time throughout an assigned shift
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move objects 25 pounds or more
