Job Summary
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security officers assigned to your shift while ensuring contract compliance through regular performance inspections. Provide direction to subordinates, make recommendations for physical security surveys, post orders, and personnel actions, and cross-train officers to improve site efficiency. Make emergency notifications as necessary and maintain overtime levels to a predefined minimum. This role requires an active Arizona guard card, valid driver's license, and 6+ months of security experience. Pay is $24.00/hour. Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of security experience
- Active Arizona guard card
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Walk/Stand for Long Periods of Time
- Work Outside in the Element
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current and valid driver's license
- Associate's degree of higher in any discipline
- Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Service in auxiliary police or police cadets
- Minimum of one (1) year verifiable and successful security experiences
- Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following: Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following: Ability to maintain poise and self-control during emergency situations
- Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following: Capability of understanding and applying written and verbal orders, and of composing reports
