Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate quality security service delivery on a specific shift at an assigned customer in Atlanta, acting as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and professional security officers. Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to staff within approved empowerment ranges while handling both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently. Prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting, utilizing wireless technology at client sites, and maintain effective communication with all personnel and the public. Operate a vehicle safely with a valid license and clean driving record. Work Monday through Friday from 2pm to 10pm as part of a full-time team contributing to a culture that positively impacts communities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
- 2+ years of prior supervisor experience in the security industry
- Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
- Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
- Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
- Must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience
- Must possess a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than one accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)
- Must have a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy
- Must be able to safely operate a vehicle required
- Must successfully complete a background investigation
- Must successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Must be able to pass Drivers Record check
- Must have intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
- Must be able to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills
