Job Summary
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security officers assigned to your shift while providing direction to subordinates on duty performance. Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders, conduct regular inspections to ensure quality of service and contract compliance, and cross-train officers for site efficiency. Develop recommendations for productivity, cost reduction, physical security surveys, and personnel actions, while maintaining overtime levels to a predefined minimum. Ensure all contract-required training and screening elements are met for assigned personnel.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of security experience
- Active Arizona guard card
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Walk/Stand for Long Periods of Time
- Work Outside in the Element
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current and valid driver's license
- Associate's degree of higher in any discipline
- Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Service in auxiliary police or police cadets
- Minimum of one (1) year verifiable and successful security experiences
- Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following: Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following: Ability to maintain poise and self-control during emergency situations
- Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following: Capability of understanding and applying written and verbal orders, and of composing reports
- Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following: Effective oral and written communication skills; write informatively, clearly, and accurately

- Experience in Emergency Management Systems FEMA Incident Command Certification; ICO 100, 200, 300
