Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer in College Park, GA. Act as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and professional security officers while supervising staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges. Handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently, utilizing effective written and oral communication skills to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public. Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting and operate a vehicle safely with a valid driver's license. Work Monday through Friday from 6am to 2pm as a full-time role with a starting base pay of $22.01 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
- 3+ years of prior Military, Law Enforcement or Security experience
- Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
- Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
- Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
- Must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience
- Must possess a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than one accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)
- Must have a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy
- Must be able to safely operate a vehicle
- Must successfully complete a background investigation
- Must successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Must be able to pass Drivers Record check
- Must have intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
- Must be able to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills
