Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift, acting as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and professional officers. Manage staff on assigned shifts through coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges. Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting while handling both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently. Maintain effective communication with all personnel and the general public, utilizing initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to safely operate a vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years security experience
- TSA issued TWIC
- Valid driver's license
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
- Ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
- Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
- Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than one accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)
- Minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle required
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
- Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Successful completion of a background investigation
- Successful completion of a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Ability to pass Drivers Record check
