Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer, acting as a liaison between the site supervisor, account manager, and professional security officers. Supervise staff on the assigned shift by providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range. Handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently, while frequently preparing written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting. Monday through Friday from midnight to 8 am. Full-time position with a pay rate of $19.09/hr. Requires a valid driver's license, at least one year of security experience, and supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- At least 18 years of age
- 1+ years Security experience
- Supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
- Ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
- Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
- Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than one accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)
- Minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle required
- Ability to successfully complete a background investigation
- Ability to successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Ability to pass Drivers Record check
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
- Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
