Job Summary
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security officers assigned to the third shift while directing subordinates on duty performance and incident response. Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders, conduct regular inspections to ensure quality of service and contract compliance, and review and maintain incident reports. Cross-train officers to enhance site efficiency and make productivity, cost reduction, and physical security survey recommendations to management. Ensure all contract-required training and screening elements are met and maintain overtime levels within predefined designations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years or more of Security experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current and valid driver's license
- Associate's degree of higher in any discipline
- Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Service in auxiliary police or police cadets
- Minimum of one (1) year verifiable and successful security experiences
- Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following: Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following: Ability to maintain poise and self-control during emergency situations
- Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following: Capability of understanding and applying written and verbal orders, and of composing reports
- Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following: Effective oral and written communication skills; write informatively, clearly, and accurately
- Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following: Planning and organizing skills

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Emergency Management Systems FEMA Incident Command Certification; ICO 100, 200, 300
- Working knowledge of EMS protocols, Medical First Responder or Emergency Medical Technician
